Description
The Giovanni Boutique Suites was launched in 2008 as a 20-storey tower with 400 furnished apartments, designed by Italian designer Giovanni Batista Ravagnani. The project was launched by Salya Developments but was taken over by Neo Solutions sometime in 2010 or 2011. The project’s handovers are expected to commence at the end of 2015.
This Boutique tower with appealing looks, modern concept and functional design is located besides the Ernie Els Golf course in Dubai Sports City. This project offers fully furnished units and it is considered as the first affordable boutique properties in the region.
